Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing your order. This short window allows us to begin processing orders quickly so that your items can be shipped and delivered on time. After 30 minutes, our fulfillment process begins and orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.

Our team will confirm your cancellation request and, if it is received within the 30-minute window, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation notice.
If your cancellation request is received after the 30-minute window has passed, we will not be able to cancel your order as it will already be in process. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns Policy for information on how to return items once they have been delivered.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
